I received my B.A. from the University of Toronto. After the completion of university, I received my diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition and received my Certified Nutritional Practitioner designation as a Nutritionist. Formerly a competitive athlete, I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer (PTS). Specializing in chronic pain, weight management and sports nutrition through a holistic approach, I address athletic performance, fat loss and recovery through nutritional intervention. I work with other businesses as a consultant having held workshops, demos and speaking events.</image:caption>
